Priya was born on 16 August 1999 in Sirsal, Kaithal, Haryana. Her childhood was far from easy. Her family faced financial difficulties, which meant she had to shift from a private school to a government school. But instead of letting these struggles hold her back, Priya used them as motivation to work harder.
Her father, Ram Nivas Sharma, worked as a laborer and bravely fought tuberculosis. Her mother, Shela Devi Sharma, worked as a helper in a private hospital to support the family. Priya also had two brothers – Manoj Sharma and Yogesh Sharma. Sadly, Yogesh passed away, which was a painful moment for the family.
